Refund Policy

Our refund policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed from the date of  your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, you must fill out and submit our refund request form, found below. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. It should have been mailed to you. Check your junk/spam.

After your refund is requested, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment for the amount paid. Refunds may be delayed based on our commerce system. Additional time may also be added by your specific credit card company, this is out of our control. 

Late or missing refunds?

If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank or credit card account after a few days.

Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
